Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of DELTA NINE. By subscribing you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. What we sell
DELTA NINE provides access to a trading algorithm: a script for the TradingView platform, its parameters, and a description of its risk model. It is a software product and an informational material.
We do not provide investment services, do not manage your funds, have no access to your trading accounts, and do not place trades on your behalf.
2. No investment advice
Nothing on this site and nothing within the product constitutes personal investment advice, an offer to buy or sell a financial instrument, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Every trading decision is yours alone, and you carry full responsibility for it.
3. The nature of the published results
The figures published on this site were produced by testing the strategy against historical data (a backtest) in the TradingView Strategy Tester. They are not a record of trades that were actually executed.
A backtest does not account for slippage, the full extent of exchange fees, or the behaviour of the person operating it. Past performance does not determine future performance.
4. Subscription and payment
The subscription costs 9.90 USD per calendar month. Payment is taken through Tribute by bank card or cryptocurrency; the processing of the payment is governed by Tribute's own terms.
The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel in your account or in Tribute; access remains until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Licence and restrictions
For the duration of the subscription you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the script personally.
You may not resell, publish, redistribute, or otherwise give third parties access to the script or its parameters. Doing so terminates the subscription without refund.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, or any indirect damages arising from use of the product.
In any event, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us over the preceding twelve months.
7. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new update date. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
